Second Attention, September Cohort. Please read these terms before you reserve your seat.

1What you are enrolling in

A four-week group training program: weekly live group coaching meetings (recorded), guided practices, custom focus audio, a community channel, and a final personal focus protocol.

2Training, not treatment

Second Attention is education and skills training. It is not therapy, medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care. If you have a medical or mental-health condition, consult a qualified professional before taking part.

3No guaranteed outcomes

Results vary from person to person. We do not promise any specific focus, performance, or health result.

4Your participation and wellbeing

You are responsible for your own wellbeing during the program. Practice within your own limits, and stop and seek appropriate support if any practice causes distress. By enrolling you confirm you are able to take part in light meditation and breathing practices.

5EEG and your data

Muse-supported EEG practice is optional. Any feedback it provides is directional information for practice, not a medical measurement. Practice notes or data you choose to share are handled as described in our privacy policy at /privacy.

6Recordings and confidentiality

Live meetings are recorded and shared within the cohort so you can catch up on anything you miss. By joining a live meeting you consent to being recorded. What other participants share stays within the group. Please do not redistribute recordings or materials.

7Materials

Program materials, audio, and recordings are licensed for your personal use only. No resale, redistribution, or reproduction.

8Schedule

Live meetings run Thursdays at 5pm Mountain on September 17 and 24, and October 1 and 8, 2026. Meetings are recorded. We will notify participants if an exceptional schedule change is required.

9Optional Muse device

Any Muse headband is bought directly from Muse, including at our partner discount. Device pricing, availability, warranty, returns, and support are handled by Muse, not Vayu Labs.

10Payment and refunds

Prices are in USD. Full refund up to 7 days before the start date. After that, payments are non-refundable, but your seat can be transferred to a future cohort.

11Conduct

We ask for respectful participation. We may remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive or abusive, with refunds handled per the policy above.
